Spreadsheet Colours Explained

To simplify data entry and validation, COBie utilizes a standardized color-coding system. These colors indicate the source and necessity of the information based on the current project stage:

Yellow: Mandatory Information
Orange: Referenced to another sheet
Purple: Externally filled by software
Green: Filled only upon agreement
White: Not required for current stage
